I began my career as a Research Scientist at St Vincent’s Hospital during an era when laboratories relied solely on manual, paper-based systems. As technology advanced, I sought better methods to help labs achieve their full potential. Recognizing that no two labs are identical, I believed that their information management systems shouldn’t be either.
